CHEF JACKIE MCMAHAN
Owner/CEO/Event Coordinator & Customer Relations
Chef Jackie McMahan discovered her love for food and entertaining at just seven years old, organizing holiday parties and developing an early passion for bringing people together through memorable experiences.
She later graduated with highest honors from The International Culinary School at The Art Institute and began her professional career as Executive Chef of Health Binge, a healthy meal-prep company founded by former NFL player Gerome Sapp.
Knowing that catering and entertaining were where her true passion lived, Jackie launched her own catering company, originally known as LA VIE Catering & Events. Her work quickly grew to include clients and brands such as Lil Jon, Andre Drummond, DJ Carnage, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana.
Today, as the founder and Executive Chef of Finesse Catering & Events, Jackie has transformed that passion into a luxury boutique catering company known for elevated cuisine, creative presentation, personalized service, and thoughtfully curated events throughout Las Vegas. From intimate private dinners to high-profile corporate and luxury brand events, every Finesse experience is designed around one philosophy: the details make the difference.

Chef Tiffanee is a classically trained professional pastry chef who has been an integral part of Finesse for eight years. Renowned for her stunning pastry creations and exceptional client relations, she brings artistry and warmth to every experience. In addition to her role at Finesse, she serves as Crumbl’s Nevada operator, blending entrepreneurial leadership with culinary excellence.

FATIMA SNYDER
Fatima Snyder brings a strong background in management, brand strategy, and event leadership to Finesse Catering & Events. With experience leading cross-functional teams, large-scale events, and event staff, she brings organization, professionalism, and a keen attention to detail to every event.
As Front of House Manager, Fatima leads the Finesse service team on-site, ensuring each event runs seamlessly and that our standards of polished, attentive hospitality are carried through every guest interaction. Her leadership helps create the elevated and personalized service experience that defines Finesse.
